Cyklobox 2.0
Cyklobox allows cyclists to securely store their bikes and personal belongings, letting them continue their journey worry-free. It is an ideal solution for train stations, tourist destinations, cultural landmarks, sports facilities, and shopping centres. Each Cyklobox provides space for two bicycles, including helmets and luggage.
Cyklobox 2.0 represents a new generation of secure bicycle parking. It builds on our original Cyklobox, which we have been manufacturing since 2015, and introduces a range of improvements.
- A steel structure reinforces the entire box and the doors. The surface is hot-dip galvanised, with a powder-coated finish on visible parts. Side panels and doors are made of 19 mm thick cross-laminated three-layer Nordic pine boards, treated with a protective stain. The colour of the oil stain is according to the wood impregnation colour chart. The roof is made of 0.75 mm thick trapezoidal sheet metal, coated on both sides with baked-on paint. The roof colour is RAL 9006 white aluminium or RAL 7016 anthracite grey.
The steel is hot-dip galvanised on both sides (according to ČSN EN ISO 1461). The surface is mechanically cleaned before painting and, on visible parts, finished with a powder-coated paint in a shade chosen from the RAL colour chart.

The trapezoidal sheet metal roof is coated on both sides with baked-on paint in RAL 9006 white aluminium or RAL 7016 anthracite grey.
Due to their weight, the boxes do not need to be anchored; however, we recommend chemical anchoring at the corners of the entire module assembly.

Most of our products are made from acacia wood, which is highly durable and requires no regular maintenance. The wood can be left untreated and allowed to weather to a natural grey finish.
If you decide to apply a finish to the wood, you will increase its protection against dirt and grease and extend its lifespan. However, you should be prepared for regular, usually annual, maintenance. This is not complicated – simply sand the surface lightly, clean it, and apply a new coat with a brush.
If you want to avoid regular maintenance, we recommend leaving the wood untreated. An unmaintained finish will eventually start to wear unevenly, which can make the wood look unsightly. Conversely, naturally weathered acacia wood retains its characteristic appearance without the need for regular painting.
Yes, all our products can be ordered with installation included. When you place your order, we will also provide you with an estimated installation date.
We recommend planning the preparation of concrete foundations well in advance to ensure proper anchoring of the products and to allow the concrete to cure sufficiently before our installation team arrives. Please prepare the foundations according to the "Installation Drawing", which you can download from our website or obtain from our sales representatives.
