How our products are made
Every piece passes through the hands of experienced craftsmen. From raw metallurgical material to the final product ready for dispatch, we make no compromises.

Material preparation
Steel cut parts
The production of steel components begins with the processing of metallurgical material and precision profile cutting. Accuracy from the very first step.

Metal machining
Metalworking workshop
The initial form of the components is created in the workshop. During the design phase, we account for the galvanising of cavities, ensuring that drainage holes do not detract from the final appearance.

Metal surface protection
Hot-dip galvanising
Welded components are sent to the galvanising plant, where the steel is immersed in molten zinc at 450–460 °C. The zinc coating forms an alloy, becoming inseparably bonded to the steel.

Colour and aesthetics
Powder coating
After galvanising, the parts move to the paint shop for powder coating. The paint is cured in a kiln at 180 °C, creating a duplex coating—a combination of two surface treatments.

Natural material
Wood selection
Our second key material is acacia and oak. Both woods are naturally hard and weather-resistant. The timber arrives as sawn planks and is taken over by our experienced carpenters.

Woodworking
Carpentry workshop
Our carpenters cut the planks into profiles with a focus on maximum yield. This includes planing, thicknessing, cutting to precise lengths, and edge milling.

Wood surface
Wood impregnation
The wood can be left untreated, in which case it will naturally weather to a beautiful grey patina. For increased longevity, we recommend treating the wood. You can choose from several shades in our colour chart.

Finalisation
Assembly and dispatch
Metal and wooden components are joined exclusively using stainless steel fasteners, which are also rust-proof. The assembly workshop is where the finished product is prepared for dispatch.
